Booking is easy, but please note that early booking is essential. Theatres place a cap on the number of tickets they offer at a group discount, and allow a limited time for us to pay. Our tickets often sell quickly, and prices are likely to rise for late bookings.
- Send your booking request to fredo@theatreguys.co.uk stating clearly how many tickets you want. Enquiries will be dealt with as soon as possible.
- Note that bookings are firm bookings and cannot be cancelled, as we could end with unsold tickets we have paid for.
We can offer tickets for resale only if we have a waiting list. Theatres will NOT accept tickets for resale unless they are totally Sold Out. - As soon as we have confirmed your booking, send your cheque payable to
A Donnelly at the address supplied.
Please do not use any other form of my name. - Please write the title of the show and the number of tickets on the back of the cheque. You can pay for more than one show on the same cheque.
- Please send payment right away, to arrive within 7 days of the booking being made.
A supplement will be charged for late payment. - Don’t forget to enclose an SAE for each show, so we can post your tickets to you when they are made available to us.
- Once we have sold out our allocation of tickets, it may not be possible to obtain extra tickets. However, it’s always worth asking, in case we have a cancellation.
- If you want to sit with your friends, let me know when you book. I cannot rearrange seating once tickets have been allocated.
- Once you receive your tickets, note in your diary the date AND your seat numbers AND the booking order reference on the ticket.
I will post the tickets to you two weeks before the performance. Do ensure you bring your tickets to the theatre as Fredo may not be in attendance to sort out problems. Fredo can no longer distribute tickets on the coach so, as stated above, make a note of your seat numbers and the booking order reference upon receipt, in case you arrive at the theatre without them (See Note below).
Sometimes people e-mail to ask if we have “any tickets” for a particular show. This can cause a delay in satisfying your request. Please state the number that you want, to shortcut any further correspondence. Otherwise, while this is going on, all the tickets may be sold (it has happened!).
And, no, we cannot accept Bank Transfers for technical reasons.
NOTE: On some occasions people arrive at the theatre without their tickets. If Fredo is NOT attending your performance, you will have to obtain duplicate tickets from the Box Office yourself. They will want to know who made the group booking (Fredo Donnelly) and the booking order reference (It is normally shown on every ticket so ask another Group member to check their ticket). You should have made a note of your own seat number so the Box Office will know which tickets to re-issue.
Box Office staff are always as helpful as possible in such circumstances provided you can provide the required details.
